5.Ensuring that projects and processes abide to the business Quality Procedures, EHS requirements, Phased Review Discipline, Supplier Transfer Work Instructions and regulatory needs of the applicable market

6.Partner with Lean team to establish 3P and lean processes prior to & during the set-up of the manufacturing line Quality Specific Goals:

1.Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position

2.Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.

3.Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

4.Ensure compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before approving NPI / Transfer program milestones

• Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques;
• Good understanding of the wider objectives of the program;
• Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management;
• Strong leadership and management skills;
• Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures; and
• The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.
